REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Breakages must be notified within 72 hours of delivery. If you change your mind about the products you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving them. (This does not apply to our Curd products which are perishable items and cannot be returned in this instance). Products can only be returned if they are unopened and undamaged. If you wish to return your items, please email us at hello@jammyjo.com. Please note that in this case you will need to pay the return postage costs however we will refund you for the returned products including the original delivery charge. The goods must be returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging and suitable for re-sale. Any jars which we suspect have been opened will not be refundable. Unfortunately we cannot accept proof of postage as proof of receipt for the goods and the refund will only be issued if the products are received by us and are in the condition as stated above. Your statutory rights are not affected.
